Bruce is based in the greater Vancouver, BC area and is spearheading the development of the Western Canadian market for our CRM Canada division. However, Bruce will be available to office products dealers throughout the United States and Canada for consulting and training. His extensive background includes: • Thirteen years with a major office products dealer in Bermuda with vast experience with DDMS, both at the user and administration level. • A position with Xerox Canada as a Printing Systems Technician and a Field Systems Analyst recommending and implementing printing software and hardware solutions for clients. • The management of a Technical Support team which consisted of a Helpdesk, Technical Account Managers and Network Analysts for an Office Products Distributor servicing multiple brand names such as Xerox, Ricoh, Pitney Bowes, Bowe Bell & Howell, HP and GBC. • Former Goldmine user/planner that understands the value and importance of a total CRM solution. • Successful sales and project management experience “I am thrilled about partnering with Longbow/CRM Canada/CRM International”, said Bruce. “During today's economic conditions there is a fantastic opportunity for organizations to streamline their Sales processes and take the time to learn more about their current customer base. With that companies will be able to leverage that information to provide not only a more personalized customer experience but also to target new markets within that current customer base. CRM Internationals’ products and services do just that and I am excited about assisting our clients to capitalize on this great opportunity.” Longbow Consulting Group and CRM International President, Neil Saviano, sees a diversified role for Bruce beyond playing a major role in the greater Vancouver and Western Canadian markets. “We have just announced connectivity to GoldMine from the DDMS Serialized Inventory module and Bruce’s equipment industry background will be instrumental in helping equipment dealers develop technology-based strategic marketing programs”, said Saviano. Connectivity to other popular office equipment industry back-end software is planned as well.
